Candidate Profile

Who We're Looking For

  • Professional Accounting & Taxation Qualifications: Fully or partly qualified in CASL (CA Sri Lanka), ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or ACIT/FCIT (Chartered Institute of Taxation); OR
  • Academic Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Management from a recognized university (fresh graduates welcomed).
  • Audit & Corporate Experience: Practical experience in an audit firm or 1-2 years' experience in HRMS/ERP/operations is an advantage.
  • Specialist Experience: Prior experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst, HR/Payroll Specialist, or Audit Expert is welcomed.
  • Systems & Reporting: Sound knowledge of ERP systems, HRMS platforms, and financial/payroll reporting is an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
